About Lauren Nemeschansky

I’m so looking forward to meeting you! My name is Lauren Nemeschansky, Realtor with Dalton Wade Realty. I have worked full time as a Realtor for over 20 years and counting. I am also an accredited Home Stager so I can help make your home look more appealing to potential buyers as part of my service included to you at no extra charge! I can help you as my buyer client to inexpensively decorate your new home once you move in. I have been living in the Los Angeles area of both Northridge and currently Santa Clarita for over 30 years. I was raised in a real estate family selling homes at the “Jersey Shore” area of Seaside Heights, NJ. My father owned a furniture store and my brother who was 20 years older than me was a broker. We would take items from my father’s store and use them to stage the empty vacation homes. We sold lots of homes, so staging does work! I am a licensed and credentialed school teacher and reading specialist and worked with both general and special needs children prior to becoming a full time Realtor, so I can help you research all about local schools, activities and information to help make the move easier on you and your family.

I have seen all the ups and downs in the real estate market. I was a short sale negotiator for many realtors and attorneys during the foreclosure market proudly helping many people get out of debt from their lenders and eventually buying another home. I am also certified in probate sales and have helped families deal with the many very difficult situations regarding an inherited home. Investors from all over the country and the world have successfully purchased properties with me. You don’t have to come out here to find a residence or investment because I can find one for you and my detailed research about the property and area is exemplary.
